Here are some ways in which Tower Hill Resources may differ from other consulting firms…
THR does not have a template approach to any of its work. Each project is approached as a unique set of needs and requirements. The work scope is likely to include new tools and approaches developed specifically for the client based upon the organization’s needs and wants.
THR firmly believes that helping clients through a critical juncture includes building the client’s capacity to operate independently of a consultant. This creates an emphasis on the organization’s buy-in to change and the development of the organization’s capacity to sustain change. Recommendations, therefore, are only one part of the output of a THR project – implementation is the key.
THR practices what it teaches in terms of ethics and accountability… It was a beta tester of the ethics standards of the Alliance for Nonprofit Management and subscribes to those standards and those of the Institute of Management Consultants USA.
THR is accredited by the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii and subscribes to the BBB Code of Business Practices and assists nonprofit organizations who seek accreditation under the standards developed by the BBB Wise Giving Alliance and the Standards for Excellence Institute.
